Our company has a logistics department that focuses 100% on making sure that from the moment you order, your purchased products reach you as soon as possible, fully operational and safely packed. Your satisfaction is the most important thing for us, that is why you will receive an e-mail with order confirmation immediately after placing the order. After receiving your order's approval, we begin its implementation, which will not exceed 24 hours. We have many courier companies and convenient payment methods at your disposal.

/ Order preparation

Upon receipt and acceptance of your order, we proceed immediately to its execution and order transport by a courier company of your choice. All products shown in our store are in stock in our warehouse located in Jelenia Góra, Poland. Our logistics team prepare the purchased products which are then checked by the quality control department before shipment (we check the equipment twice, at the moment of delivery to our warehouse and at the moment of shipment to guarantee 100% efficiency of the product and to meet the customer's expectations). Products ordered by 3pm will be shipped the same day and our lead time will not exceed 24 hours. You will receive an email notification from the courier company about the acceptance of the order for collection and delivery of your order which can be monitored at a later stage.

In addition to the above examples, we also have other sizes of cartons, packaging or letter bags. In case of shipping server racks or products exceeding EURO pallet dimensions, we will present shipping options individually. When packing the ordered products, we adjust the size of the carton to the dimensions of the purchased products. The cardboard boxes we use are very durable and can be reused. / Delivery

Pick up by courier

Prepared shipments are collected several times a day from our warehouse and head office, located in Jelenia Góra, Poland. We have free delivery of standard parcels within Poland in our online store as well as on Allegro, regardless of the value of your purchase. We can easily send your order to a different delivery address than the invoice address. You will receive an invoice for your purchases at your e-mail address. In the case of company purchases you will also receive it in a paper version attached to the package. Once your package has been handed over to the courier company, you will receive a notification of a change in the status of your order and from now on you will be able to track your route.


The delivery time of your parcel from the time the courier picks it up depends on the shipping location to the delivery location, weather conditions and the shipper itself. In case the courier delivery is delayed, the easiest way is to contact the courier you can count on our assistance too. We have made every effort to pack your products safely and they are prepared for the event that they fall or tip over during transport.


Please inspect your shipment before receiving. In case of damage during transport, please make a damage report with the courier and contact our store. After paying the amount charged and receipt of delivery, there is also the possibility to open the package in the presence of the courier - in the case of inconsistencies, a discrepancy report is prepared, which is used as the basis for subsequent complaints. Depending on the type of payment chosen, (the parcel may have been prepaid or the payment on delivery option selected) - In the second case, the amount is usually paid in cash, but some courier companies equip their employees with payment terminals, so you can pay for the shipment by contactless payment or transaction confirmed by PIN number.
