The NetApp DE6600 is a 4U rack-mountable storage enclosure that supports two environmental service modules (ESM). The standard DE6600 ESMs have two 6 Gbps x 4 SAS host interface ports. The supported host interface card is a two-port 6 Gbps SAS adapter. The DE6600 drive tray is a high-density SAS 2.0 (6-Gb/s) drive enclosure available in a rack-mount model. It supports 3.5-in NL-SAS drives, 2.5-in. SAS drives, and 2.5-in. SSD drives with a minimum requirement of 20 drives per DE6600.
