It is designed to provide backup to disk with deduplication and radically reduced costs, through savings in the required storage capacity of up to 95%. It combines the broadest scalability and highest performance with leading value and unique extensibility in order to support a wide range of IT environments today and in the future. As a purpose-built solution it covers from 8 to 240TB of usable capacity in a single system, and provides the fastest backup performance achieving up to 10 TB/hour in conventional inline target mode, without restricting backup applications or requiring additional software installation.
